What is Reiki?
Rei-ki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy, is a centuries-old healing practice. Hands-on-healing has been used by every major religion as well as countless spiritual groups and people as a natural method of passing energy. It is now becoming increasingly popular today.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
